Before I start - I nearly sh*t my pants when the music started - dear god, warn me next time - I thought it was some problem with my PC power supply.

Now to the piece:
The best part of the picture is definitely the planet (along with those small moons I'm so fond of :D ). Texture has that right amount of detail, there is some other visible work on it and the lighting really reflects what's happening around the planet.
Color mood of the whole piece stand out as well - blue with small amounts of purple support nice background (yeah, we see these colors every once in a while but they just look cool, so why not? ).
Starfield is OK, maybe a bit more than just OK but it's obvious it doesn't play the first violin in this orchestra.
Now to that anomalia - I like that it looks like it is going to swallow the planet but with more interesting perspective it could've looked a hundred times more spectacular. Also - some more subtle details could make it look more real - now it looks more like "ups, I smudged it and I deleted my PS history". But it's still more interesting than simple spacescape.
Now to the parts I really don't like - asteroids are the first problem. No way I will believe they belong to the picture. Color of their lighting doesn't fit, their depth doesn't fit - I don't know if they were rendered in some 3D program but they look 2D and re destroing the whole image atmosphere. This piece could live even without them.
The final suggestion will be for the future - mind the composition. Most of the object are just somehow placed next to each other and that's not right. This way, the picture is loosing depth really a lot.
Technically is this piece all-right (well, with some minor glitches) but artistically it suffers from basic mistakes.

Oh wow. Amazing music!

That nebula doesn't look like it likes that planet very much! Looks like it's gonna eat the poor planet!
